- Differentiated reading and/or math instruction
- Working knowledge of evidence-based reading and math interventions
- Executive functioning support
- Strong working knowledge of supporting learning differences using research-based teaching techniques

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one academic remediation using evidence-based strategies
- Individualize instruction based on student strengths and needs
- Build strong, professional relationships with students, parents, and team members
- Communicate progress and collaborate with the Strategies for Learning team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (B.A./B.S.)
- Background in Special Education or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
- Experience supporting students with learning differences
- Ability to work in person at our Oakland learning clinic during after-school hours
- Availability of approximately 4–12 hours per week
- Commitment of at least one full school year
