Danielle Kolen, Clinician
Dr. Danielle Kolen aka Dr. Dannie has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University Northridge, and a Master’s and Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco.
She has 14 years of combined experience providing individual and group therapy, psychological assessments, ADHD brief and extensive assessments/evaluations, consultative work, and executive function skills coaching for children, adolescents, and adults. She has worked in a variety of settings, including K-12 schools, postsecondary schools, community agencies, nonprofits, outpatient hospitals, and group private practice settings.
Dr. Dannie embraces an integrative approach when working with clients, tailoring her modalities to best suit her clients’ needs. She encompasses the use of evidence-based approaches and understands the importance of a holistic approach to desired change. Dr. Dannie prides herself on her humanistic and down-to-earth approach with clients, and central to her philosophy is to
inspire clients to develop the necessary skills and mindset shift in the pursuit of personal and professional success. She is passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, develop deeper insight about their challenges, strengthen their self-awareness, establish healthy habits, set actionable goals, and strive to become the best version of themselves throughout their educational and personal development journeys.
