
Nicole Sanders, Clinician
Nicole Sanders holds a Master of Science in Reading and Literacy from California State University East Bay and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from South Carolina State University. With 10 years of experience in education, including being a lead teacher and a learning specialist, Nicole has supported students in literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and executive functioning. She has extensive experience working with neurodiverse learners and bilingual students, designing personalized lessons and interventions to help each child reach their full potential.
Nicole’s educational philosophy is that all students have the capacity to succeed when given intentional, thoughtful guidance, and that strong relationships and individualized support are key to unlocking each child’s potential. She also coaches and mentors educators, providing professional development and supporting teachers in creating inclusive, engaging, and student-centered, equitable classrooms.
When she is not working with students, Nicole enjoys reading, listening to music, and trying new hiking spots in the Bay Area.
