Are sessions in-person or virtual?
We offer both in-person and interactive virtual sessions. Availability for in-person sessions may be limited, so we encourage you to discuss with us whether a hybrid or virtual model could suit your child. At Strategies for Learning, our interactive virtual learning includes multi-sensory activities, interactive online tools, physical materials, real-time feedback, and hands-on games for a truly engaging experience.

Do you only work with local students?
No, we work with students from across the country and around the world!

What ages do you work with?
We support students from kindergarten through young adulthood. Whether it’s a 5-year-old learning to read or an 18-year-old preparing for college, we’ll help you create a plan tailored to your goals. The first step in matching with the right clinician is scheduling a Family Intake Appointment.

Do you offer small-group homeschool support?
Our homeschool support plans are exclusively 1:1. However, we do offer small-group courses during the summer like our Beyond High School Course.

What curriculum do you use?
We work with you to select the curriculum that best meets your child’s needs and service goals. With our in-depth knowledge of curriculum options and research-based interventions, we can provide recommendations or adapt to a curriculum of your choice.

Do you conduct assessments?
Yes, ongoing progress monitoring and assessments are essential to our approach. Our clinicians use both formal and informal assessments to understand each student’s strengths and areas for growth, gaining insights into how they receive and interpret information.

How does scheduling work?
Your homeschool plan includes a customized weekly schedule, which we design based on the number of hours per week needed to meet your goals.

What is your pricing?
Pricing varies depending on the hours per week in your homeschool plan. For a more detailed estimate, we recommend scheduling an initial consultation to discuss your needs.
