At the start of the 2025-26 school year, California implemented Senate Bill 114, which mandates reading difficulty screenings for all Kindergarten through 2nd grade students in public school districts. This improvement will provide teachers and families with valuable information about students' reading challenges and aligns with Science of Reading practices.

Samantha holds a Master’s in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University specializing in English.

Maleek earned his B.S. in Biology and a minor in Psychology from Atlantic Union College in South Lancaster, MA and an M.S. in Education with a focus on Inclusion from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN.

Anupma holds a doctorate in Learning Disabilities from the University of Delhi and is a certified Orton-Gillingham Literacy Therapist. She is also a certified SOI cognitive skills trainer under SOI Systems from Oregon and a Licensed The Listening Program (TLP) provider. She is currently working to complete her Educational Therapy Certification from UC Santa Cruz.
